It’s worth repeating: you are not alone — relationships are hard for all of us. I won’t judge you and I’ll offer you lots of compassion while we work together to make things better. Couples counseling in a non-judgmental, compassionate environment with an active, engaging qualified therapist can help with all sorts of relationship issues.
Fighting: If you find yourself stuck in battles that leave scars for you or your partner, I will help you learn practical skills based in the lastest neuroscience on how to engage without doing damage. You can learn to show up as your best self and so can your partner. I will teach you how and it may not take as long as you think!
Affairs: Many couples come to therapy because of an affair. Don’t be discouraged: affairs don’t have to mean the end of the relationship. I’ve witnessed many couples find a new beginning in spite of the intense pain and damage caused by sexual or emotional affairs.
Distance and Disconnect: If your relationship has grown cold and distant, couples counseling can reignite a spark in your relationship and get you back to the strengths of your relationship that brought you together in the first place.

Relationship and Marriage Friendly: You won’t find me judging your suitability to be married or advising you to divorce or break-up. I’ll be “for” your relationship for as long as you are. In those cases where you decide to end a relationship, I won’t judge you either, but offer to support you in an amicable separation.
